Full Plasma Systems
Our quality used profile cutters are divided into 2 different categories, A and B class. These profile cutters can be optionally specified to be supplied with a new plasma source. Please refer here to see our options on new plasma sources.
A-class profile cutting machines are fully refurbished and upgraded to the latest specifications.
Our A class reconstruction programme begins with rebuilding the trade-in or surplus machine to bring it back to an as new frame condition level. We then add various new components to enhance both the operation and future reliability.
Because we complete these stages to the highest levels we can place a new type warranty on this product and confidently state that it will perform equally as well, if not better, than a similarly specified new machine from an alternative supplier.

Our B-class systems are carefully inspected trade-in or surplus machines that are not reconstructed by DPS.
We normally supply these to our known customers to provide either a very limited entry level machine tool or a low cost investment in reliability as a back-up tool to support existing plant.
B class Economy systems can be upgraded to A class through the addition of the plasma process and its associated upgrades. This would enable it to be eligible for all the benefits of the full warranty of the A class machines.
