Similar to the Max200, the hypertherm Max100 is a dual gas plasma source with continually variable current output from 30 to 100 amps. It uses low-cost compressed air or nitrogen and has a continuous pilot arc switch for cutting expanded metal or grating, and an 80% duty cycle at 100 Amps.
