DPS 2.4 x 1.5M MACHINE TOOL
Based on a Koike 1200J cantilever machine, it has been been rebuilt with two high quality DPS torch positioning lifters complete with two Harris-style manual oxy-fuel torches. It provides a genuine 1.5m wide x 2.4m long useable cutting area( can be extended by request) and is fitted with a fully optioned CNC Burny 2.5 controller.

DPS 3.6 x 1.5M MACHINE TOOL
The DPS refurbished CIG1500 has the capacity to handle up to 3600 x 1500mm sheets (cutting area with one torch) allowing for additional savings in material handling and keeping the cutting costs in-house.
This machine has more cutting capability than a normal 1500 machine but at 1500 machine price.

DPS 2.5 x 1.5M MACHINE TOOL
Based on a Silhouette 1500 medium duty cantilever machine, this machine has a 1.5 m wide by 2.5 m long usable cutting area. This machine has greater capacity in the Y-axis than some of the other machines on the open market. It can cut normal sheets across the Y-axis, giving it more capacity to cut multiple sheets, and is therefore more useful than smaller profilers.

- Solenoid operation of all gases including oxygen cutting stream
- Oxygen blow off valve to prevent damage to cut parts
