The DPS-300 creeper cutter range are configured as portable machines that provide controlled straight-line and circular cutting of carbon steels with oxygen/lpg or acetylene. This lends itself to specialty situation work such as Y and K weld preparation and multiple torch strip cutting.

The DPS-300 runs on an extendable heavy duty steel running track and is powered by a variable drive system.

Control of the z axis (up/down) is provided for through the use of small precision racks mounted on the side of the torches. These can be controlled during the cutting process as well as the valves that control the gas flow to the cut flames.

The ease of use in set-up and speed of cutting will return the initial investment many times over and is the perfect machine in a job situation.

DPS-300-Y Twin torch

The DPS-300-Y is suited for Y-bevelling of plates for weld preparations.
